ResponderEliminar1. I keep a healthy life by going to the gym regularly, it's a fun activity and keeps you in great physical condition... There's also an sport called "parkour", which I started practicing not long ago... It's a great exercise. I also like to eat lightly, but healthy. Normally, I avoid staying at home doing nothing, I normally go out for a walk. I don't eat too much fast food, it makes me slow in sports, and it's also bad for my health (and everyone else's too...)
2. I prefer conventional medicine, since I don't trust those alternative remedies... And why? Because I prefer a professional doctor to advice me than any other person who has little or no experience on healthcare.
The disadvantages of conventional medicine: They are very expensive and taste awful sometimes and also, they can have some serious side effects...
Their advantages: They give you a very quick relief for any illness (you feel better quicker), they are most likely to work as expected and they help you get back in your activities really soon.
Advantages of alternative medicine: Sometimes, they can act faster than conventional medicine, they are cheaper and some of them taste relly good!
Disadvantageg: It works rarely, it also takes some time to show it's effects, and allergies are more likely to appear when you use them.
3. I live a really stressful life, sometimes I think I can't take it anymore, but there are some things taht keep my mind out of problems, some distractions that make my world "a far better place" you could say. For example, one of my passions is music: I love to listen to different genres of music, normally acording to my mood, but I also like to play musical instruments, like the piano, and my favorite: my bass.. I also take my stress by doing physical activity by going for a walk, as I mentioned before, going to the gym, which can be tiring, but it's okay to let all your energy out sometimes! Also, a good advice is to take a long and refreshing nap! You feel great when you wake up, like, full of energy!
Also, I recommend to go out and have a funny talk with your friends! Being with people who understand you it's one of the best reliefs for stress!
1) Before and 2 years ago, I went to the gym all the weeks but I did´nt continue through the highschool and other things,after that I started belly dance classes but I didn´t continue for the same reason,that was a really bad decision because the gym and belly dance not only helps physically but also mentally, I try not to eat junk food but kind of healthy like fruits, crackers, also I avoid to eat a lot of rice, beans or bead.
ResponderEliminar2)Honestly all my life I used conventional medicines, not because it's good or bad but because it is like a costum in my all family, my family isn´t a believer in alternative products that is basically the reason. Clearly both has advantages and disadvantages
conventional:
Disadvantages: The pills in sometimes are expensive and can have consequences over time.
Advantage: I think that relieves pain faster and are much easier to find on the market that alternative drugs apart are recommended by someone who knows and has studied much about it.
alternatives:
Advantage: they are cheap in comparison to the others, also sit well on the body
Disavantajes: maybe cause side effects and takes as much for its effect.
3)I think it's good to have like hobbies and sometimes practice that and forget about all the problems, highschool or job just for and hour or something like that.

The things I avoid doing are eating fast food and staying for a long period of time without moving.
I prefer conventional medicine because it works faster and it is easier to find.
Advantages: they work really quick and like I said before, it is easier to find.
Disadvantages: they are drugs so they can make people adicts, some of them can be really expensive and you can only buy them with a prescription.
My suggestions for taking stress out are to go for a walk, listen to your favorite music, practice a sport or travel to a new place or country.

3) Many times the stress can not be avoided by the pressure of school, homework, tests ... To prevent this you have to do things that have to do on the day and not worry but do things with effort, to avoid disruption and have sense of humor.
1.To be healthy, I try my food to be varied and not to eat so much in fast food restaurants, I keep my mind active, also, two years ago I used to do about 30 minutes of exercise at day and I was going to a swimming school each week, but now I have no time now. Another thing I do is to avoid not to sleep enough, because it´s important for the body.

The advantages of conventional medicine are that they are based in scientific studies, it´s more technological and it can be adapted more easily to the patient´s needs. Its disadvantage is that the medicaments always have secondary effects and they are made with many chemical products.
3.The stress is a problem that everybody has had. I think the best way to avoid it is to stop and take a breath, we can´t forget that there´s always a solution and we shouldn’t be worried about things we can´t control.

The advantages are that it's more efficient and it's more easy to find, but the disvantages are that they can produce bad effects in our body, maybe allergies or other; and some or them are soo expensive.

ResponderEliminar1. Honestly in this moment I don’t do like a type of diet or something like that! I just eat normally, sometimes I try to avoid the dinner or I just eat like fruits or eat a little portion of something. And I do exercise; I was practicing karate before for kipping a healthy life but I stopped, so now I just do exercises in my home!
2. I don’t know exactly because I never use medicine! But in familiars cases like with my mom, she preferred conventional medicine and she was operated of the thyroid. I think it is faster and more effective but in some cases the alternative medicine can help!
3. First I look for the problem that is causing me the stress and I try to solve it, why? Because is lost time to take pills or this things if you are still having the problem ! And after I drink tea like Valeriana tea or Tilo tea, or listen to music or go out, something to help me not to think about the problem!
